'BALAJI' make Electo-Hydraulic Thrustor are of 'B' class insulation and continously rated, operating on 3 phase, A.C. 415 V, 50 Hz.

MASTER CONTROLLER

'BALAJI' make Master Controllers are used for remote opertion of contractor equipments controlling heavy duty cranes, rolling mill drives on power and control circuits. The master controller operates on 415 V.A.C., 50 c/s, the contacts are rated for 40 AMP.

The Master Contoller is readily available in various steps & cams.

LEVER LIMIT SWITCH

'BALAJI' make Lever Limit Switch is used in control circuit to prevent over travel or over traverse on Long Travel and Cross Travel Motion of EOT Cranes. The contacts are rated for 40 AMPS and Limit Switch operates on A.C. Volts, Hz.

The Limit Switch is available with 1 NO + 1 NC or 2 NC contacts. When used as a shunt limit switch, the maximum permissible frequency of operation is 1000/Hr and in series, it is 720/Hr.

GRAVITY LIMIT SWITCH

'BALAJI' make Gravity Limit Switch is used to prevent over hoisting. Limit switch normally remains 'ON' due to weight connected to the Lever. When the snatch block reaches the highest position, the weight pulling the lever is moved down upon the snatch block. Lever is therefore released and the two contacts cuts off two phase of the motor thereby stopping the hoist motion.

The contacts are rated 40 Amps, 415 V.A.C, 50 Hz. The Limit Switch is of 'series type' and the max permissible frequency of operation is 720/Hours continuous. Limt switch is available with 2 NC or 4 NC Contacts.

ROTARY LIMIT SWICH

'BALAJI' make Rotary Limit Switches are used in control and power circuit of reversing drives so as to limit their rotation range. Limit switch is used in hoists, winches, rolling mills. The limit switch has a Gear Ratio 48:1, 40 Amp, at 415 V.A.C., 50 Hz.

In case of 2 way shunt limit switches, 2 contacts are generally used and in 2 way series limit switches, 4 contacts are generally used. For series operation, contacts suitable for maximum Permissible frequency of operation is 720 per Hour and for shunt operation it is 1000 per Hour.

DIFFERENTIAL LIMIT SWITCH

'BALAJI' make Differential Limit Switch have 6 contacts, rated current 40 AMP, on 415 volts. Differential limit switch is used for controlling, holding motor and closing motor for Grabbing cranes.

RESISTANCE BOX

'BALAJI' make S.S. Punched Grid Type Resistance Box are made up of grids punched from Nickel Chromium Alloy Sheet Steel. These grids are shock and vibration proof. The resistance box is used with slipring (AC& DC) motors for various application in Conversors, Steel rolling mills, Rubber mixing mills, Hallagues and Cranes. The Resistance Box is manufactured to suit customer's specific requirements.
